摘要
本文在通过对贵州地区的部分学校教育教学进行调研后,认为教师培训是西部教育发展和改善的必须保障,应与硬件建设同步进行。并根据实际情况对西部教师培训的模式提出了一些看法和观点。
Based on a great deal of research in some schools in Guizhou province it is the concluded that teacher training is the guarantee of educational development in the west of china.
