摘要
秦人在建都咸阳过程中,对周围的自然环境进行了充分的利用和改造,既确保了都城的安全,带来了附近的繁荣,同时也造成了对周围环境的破坏。
In the process of the establishment of Qin＇s capital of Xianyang, people in Qin made an adequate use and transformation of the surroundings around which not only ensured the safety of the capital city and brought in orosperity to the environs, but caused destructions to the ambient surroundings as well.
