试论新形势下我国继续教育中介组织的发展

The Development of Our Intermediary Agencies of Continuing Education in New Situation

我国继续教育中介组织的发展正处于起步阶段,与其应承担的社会功能和作用尚有很大的差距。随着政府教育管理职能向宏观管理的转变,在传统教育管理体制下原来由政府承担的许多专业化的咨询、评估、监督等管理职能需要分离出来,由专业化的社会中介组织来承担。本文从继续教育中介组织的功能和作用角度,论述了目前我国继续教育中介组织存在的主要问题及推进继续教育中介组织发展的对策措施。

Intermediary agencies of continuing education in China are at the beginning phase, leaving a great gap between social demands and their present capacity. With the transformation of government function in education administration into macro-administration, many services such as professional consultancy, evaluation, and supervision that are traditionally provided by government are now shifted onto intermediary agents. Based on the function and ef- fects of intermediary agencies of continuing education, this article addresses the major problems and measures in the development of intermediary agents of continuing education.
