从学生就业难看高校的教育改革与发展

Reform and Development of Higher Education Reflected in Employment Hardship

大学生就业难的问题已经是一个不争的事实。造成大学生就业难的原因是多方面的,而其中与高校教育的改革滞后也有着密不可分的关系。本文试从大学生就业难的角度出发,反视高校教育改革和发展中存在一些问题,提出并阐述了高校的扩招与发展,应以市场需求为方向;提高大学生的综合素质,是增强大学生就业竞争力的有效途径;加快高校教育教学改革步伐,是促进高校教育与经济发展相适应的出路所在;高校的资源配置与经费投入方向,应以提高质量、提高效益为宗旨等几个问题。

It is a hard fact that university students have difficulty in employment. The causes are closely related to the slow reform in higher education. Based on the hardship in employment faced by university students, this paper reflects some problems in the reform and development in higher education, puts forward and illustrates that the en- larged enrollment and development should be guided by market demand, that improving students＇ comprehensive quality is the effective means to improve their competitive ability, that hastening the step of teaching reform is the way for higher education to suit economic development, and that the resource allocation and investment should aim at high quality and high efficiency.
