摘要
ZL104合金熔炼时,采用由微机控制的现代热分析仪,快速、准确地测定合金的冷却曲线及其特征参数。根据Tr(共晶生长温度)或△T_E(不变质合金和变质合金共晶生长温度之差)、te(共晶生长期)可预测铸件中的共晶硅的变质程度,用以进行铸件生产中的质量控制。试验表明,当面T_E>10°C和te>110s时,可获得完全的硅变质。
Using modern thermal analysis equipment with microprocessor,the cooling curve and its characteristis parameters are determined rapidly and reliably. According to T. (The euctectic growth temperature ) or TE (The eutectic growth temperature difference between unmodified and modified melt) and t.(Time of the euctectic growth), The modification d of eutectic St can be predicted to control ling quality of castings. When TE>10°C and te>110s ) Si will be modified fully.
