地方高校面向区域性经济和社会服务,承担着培养高级应用性职业型人才的任务,要坚定不移地以科学发展观统领工作全局,准确定位,统筹兼顾,因地因时制宜,找准工作切入点,合理有效配置教育资源,突出重点,强化特色,把握节奏,实现全面协调可持续发展。
Facing district economy and serving for local society, local college undertakes the task to train higher applied professional personnel. It ought to command the whole work firmly with scientific developing view, to orientate accurately the position; making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration,suited measures in accordance with the time and the place, seeking for point entering work, effectively allocating educational resources, laying stress on the key points, intensifying the characters and holding the rhythm to realize overall and harmonious sustaining development.
