摘要
采用文献研究法、对比法,对健商(HQ)文化在体育教育中的实施提出了有效途径。健商文化作为一门新型学科,在体育教育中起着举足轻重的作用,要使健康第一的指导思想落到实处,必须使学生通过在校的体育学习,通过自我保健取得最佳健康,使身体达到最佳状态,日后担负起祖国的重任。
This essay puts forward some ways to carry out HQ. in physical education by various study methods. HQ. plays an important role in physical education,so it must be carried out so that college students can keep fit in college study.
