The rapid expansion of postgraduate recruitment has aroused much attention and disputes from various fields. Many people think that the biggest problem of expansion is to cause the downtrend of education quality. This paper attempts to elaborate the existing situation of building our country into a powerful one and the necessity of expanding the enrollment scale of postgraduates programs.
