摘要 黑龙江科技学院从深化教育教学改革,创建多方位、多元化的人才培养格局出发,结合振兴黑龙江省老工业基地过程中校企联合办学的多种模式的创建,提出了“三段式”学习与工作相结合的模式;校企共建人才培养基地模式;校企共建工程技术研究中心的模式;提高教育层次联合培养工程硕士的模式等四种校企共同培养人才的模式。实践证明这些办学模式是行之有效的人才培养的良好途径。 The article, from the perspective of deepening the educational reforms to establish multi-faceted and pluralistic patterns of education, proposes a' triad pattern' which combines the studies and the work, meanwhile borrows the ideas from the multiple modes of operating schools by joint colleges and ventures in revitalizing the old industrial bases in Heilongjiang Province. The triad pattern has the following characteristics: the joint sides work to construct a talents base and a research centre for engineering technologies, to better the educational degrees through fostering masters of science. The pattern has been appreciated by the ventures and proved to be a success in the pratice by some mining industry groups such as Jixi, Shuangyasha, Haogang and Qitaihe refined coal groups.
