摘要
心理契约包括个体水平上的心理契约和组织水平上的心理契约两个方面。在现代大学组织内部学校和教师之间也存在这两个方面的心理契约,就是教师对学校的心理契约和学校对教师的心理契约。通过对我国高校高水平青年教师在成长过程中对学校心理契约的问卷调查分析,总结出高水平青年教师在成长中个体心理契约的三层次七因素结构。
A psychological obligation involves two aspects of commitment: from the individual and from the organization. In today's higher education, these two aspects of commitments also exist between the school organization and the teachers, i.e. each side is bound to the other by a reciprocal psychological contract. Through an analysis of the questionnaires collected from some top young teachers, this paper suggests that the individual psychological obligation in these young teachers' personal growth be visualized as a structure with an inventory of seven elements on three levels.
