摘要
网络赌博是近几年来兴起的一种赌博违法犯罪活动,具有组织严密,诱惑力大,参与人数众多,赌资巨大等明显特征。只有完善禁赌立法,加强对网络的监管力度,建立长效机制,实行综合治理,才能有效遏制网络赌博违法犯罪。
Net gambling is a new criminal activity rising in recent years. It is characteristic with strict organization, strong temptation, mass participators,a large amount of gambling money and so on. Net gambling crime could only be contained by improving legislation on prohibition of gambling, strengthening administration to net, building long term effective system and carrying out comprehensive administration.
