摘要
研究了M17F合金无余量精铸空心气冷叶片气孔形成规律。发现型芯上的积碳是形成大面积蜂窝状气孔的主要原因;合金元素Ta提高了熔融合金的化学活性,是形成气孔的合金因素;型芯中锆英石的分解产物无定形SiO2。
The mechanism of forming the gas hole defect in the M17F superalloy investment casting for turbine blade was studied. The main affecting factors are that: C left on ceramic core after prefiring shell, Ta, a alloying element, increased the chemical activity of the liquid alloy, and the amorphous SiO 2, a zircon resolvent, helped to bring about the action produced gasses.
