摘要
文章根据文献资料法和多年的运动实践经验,对现代篮球运动的体能训练进行了系统的研究,分析了篮球体能训练的主要特征,训练的原则、方法和体能训练后的恢复措施,以期对加强现代篮球运动的体能训练起到一定的指导作用。
The paper has systematically studied the training of physical strength for modern basketball game based on the literatures, data and experience of many years in sports practice. Then it analyses some main characteristics of the training, principles and methods, including the restoring measures for the physical strength after training in the hope of offering some help in this respect.
