摘要
在酒精生产中使用复合纤维素酶,将原料中的纤维素、半纤维素等降解为可发酵性糖,从而提高酒精产率,增加经济效益。复合纤维素酶包括纤维素酶、β—淀粉酶、磷酸糊精酶等多种酶系,使用量1‰。以瓜干粉为原料,采用5批试验进行小试;以玉米为原料,采用糖化罐加入法和发酵罐加入法进行中试,同时做空白对照试验,结果取16个罐平均值.结果表明:复合纤维素酶可提高出酒率1%左右,降低粮耗3%,缩短发酵时间10 h,中试以加入糖化罐为好,年产万吨酒精可增加经济效益愈80万元.
The application of composite cellulose in the production of alcohol could increase the alcohol yield and economic profits by degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose in the raw material into fermentable sugar. Composite cellulose contains of multiple enzyme species such as cellulose, β-amylose, and phosphodextrinase etc. The test was done by saccharification pot addition method and fermentation pot addition method with maize as the essentials and the content of composite cellulose as 1‰. Besides, blank conrtast was also done at the same time, and pilot test results were the average of 16 pots. The results suggested that the addition of composite cellulose in saccharification pot could produce better profits by increasing the liquor yield by 1% and reducing the grains consumption by 3 %, shortening 10 hours of the fermentation and in creasing economic profits by 800,000 RMB every 10,000 tons of alcohol. This technique could also be used in mass production.
