摘要
通过国内外生产实践,总结出差压铸造的优点及不足,并从机理上解释出形成的原因,进而找到简单易行的改进办法———即在原有的差压铸造主机上切换上不同的控制系统使之成为一机多用(真空差压铸造机、惰性气体保护差压铸造机、差压铸造机、真空低压铸造机、惰性气体保护低压铸造机)的满足柔性生产需要的主机。它是提高大、中、小型复杂铝铸件内在质量(致密度、强度。
Through investigating internal and external production practises, sum up the advantages and disadvantages of counter pressure casting process and interpret the forming mechanism of those characteristic. Then, find out a simple way of improvement connecting different kinds of controller to a main counter pressure casting machine makes the machine have different uses (vaccum counter pressure casting machine, inert gas protection counter pressure casting machine, counter pressure casting machine, vaccum low pressure casting machine and inert gas protection low pressure casting machine) which can satisty the need of flexible production. It is the best technological method of improving internal qualities (density, mechanical strength and toughness) of varied sizes of complicated aluminium castings.
