摘要
计算机数值模拟技术为精铸工厂提供了一种潜在的大幅度节约时间和降低生产费用的途径，这项技术使得在短期内以低费用来优化铸造工艺成为可能。本文详细介绍了铸造过程数值模拟的方法。
Computer simulation of the rigging and solidification of investement castings offers tremendous potential in time and cost savings for investment casting factories, which are now making it possible to make castings optimally with very short lead times and very few money. Details of the simulation method has been given, and some case studies of actual investment casting simulations have been presented in this paper.
