It is quite necessary that the mixture gas of SF 6 be used as a measure of anti oxidation during melting and temperature holding in production of die casting. This paper describes the basic principle and method to use SF 6 anti oxiation agent, and introduces the mixing devices and different ratios, as well as the flow of the mixture gas and its adjustment in production.
