摘要
科学发展观是我们党在新的历史时期对发展观问题探索的新成果,它正确回答了在建设中国特色社会主义的过程中怎样发展,走什么样的发展道路问题。科学发展观的提出,使“以人为本”的思想得以写入党的纲领性文献,并使人的全面发展的合法性地位得以确立。
The Scientific Development Theory （SDT） is the crystallization of the Party＇s efforts to such questions as how to develop Socialism with Chinese characteristics and which approaches to take. The proposal of SDT welds the idea of “basing on the people” into the Party＇s guiding documents and legitimizes the allround development of humans.
