The economic globalization, with globalized technique, technology,information, knowledge and intelligence as its leading factors, has become a notable historical and development trend,in the process of which qualified persons and intelligence are in leading position. Globalization sets higher demands on the training of qualified persons. To meet this challenge, we should adjust our development strategy, carry out the concept of scientific development,improve creative education, enforce quality-oriented education with concept of globalization and try hard to train talented persons with globalized technique in order to stay in a favourable standing in the competition of global economy.
