摘要
随着知识经济的到来,企业管理逐渐由“刚性管理”向“柔性管理”转变。柔性管理是“以人为中心”,依靠企业共同的价值观和文化、精神氛围进行的人格化管理。柔性管理的知人原则,强调管理者要尊重人、关心人、在和谐的人际关系中实现企业的管理目标,同时要实现激励功能柔性化,企业文化环境柔性化等。在新型的人力资源管理模式中,既要重视发展个性和高度的成就动机,又要提倡弘扬团队精神。
The coming of knowledge economy makes business management turn from "rigid management" to "soft management" which refers to the personified management that "takes people as centre" and bases on the same corporate values, and cultural and spiritual ethos. Its principle of "knowing people well" puts much emphasis on respecting people, caring people and achieving management targets of corporates in harmonious human relationship,so as to realize the softness of incentive function and the softness of corporate cultural environment in the mean time. In the new mode of human resources management,to develop personality and strong motive in success is to be emphasized to the same degree that esprit de corps is to be carried forward.
