摘要
针对白集煤矿深部采区供风量不足的问题,从技术和经济两个方面论证了该煤矿可控循环风方案的可行性,设计了一套由喷雾降尘装置、过滤装置和冷却降温装置组成的循环风流处理系统。在理论上分析了循环风流中瓦斯体积分数、粉尘质量浓度和其他气体成分在可控循环风系统中变化规律,以及可控循环风系统对主通风系统的影响。通过现场实测,不仅验证了瓦斯体积分数、粉尘质量浓度的变化规律,而且处理后的循环风流品质完全达到《煤矿安全规程》要求,同时对回风流的降温降湿处理,可满足高温高湿矿井工作面对风流温湿度的需求。
Aiming at the problem of the wind insufficiency in deep mine working face of Baiji Mine, this paper demonstrates the practicability of controllable circulated ventilation from both the economic aspect and technological aspect. To solve the problem, the authors have worked out a set of circulated ventilation processing system that is composed of dehumidifying device, filtering device and cooling device. Analyzing the varying regularity of the concentration of mash gas, bug dust and other components in this controllable circulated ventilation system, the paper has made a further analysis of the influence on the main ventilation system. What is more, the variation equations of the concentration of the mash gas, bug dust and the circulating rate are established. The field experimentation done by the authors not only proves the varying regulation, but also confirms that the quality of the processed circulating wind can meet the requirement of the STANDARD. The cooling and dehumidifying processing to the wind circulation can also satisfy the need of the temperature and humidity in the coal-mine working face at high temperature and high humidity.
