2005年7—8月国内安全事故统计分析

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to August in 2005

统计了2005年7—8月国内发生的各种安全事故569起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占64.32%,平均每天5.9起事故,其次是交通事故(25.31%)、其他事故(4.39%)、爆炸事故(2.99%)、毒物泄露和中毒(1.58%)、火灾(1.41%)。569起事故共死亡1 549人,伤1 424人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故47.71%、交通事故38.93%、其他事故7.42%、爆炸事故2.58%、火灾1.94%、泄露中毒1.42%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故50.77%、矿业事故25.35%、爆炸事故11.03%、泄露中毒6.25%、其他事故5.34%、火灾1.26%。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to August in 2005. There are 569 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 569 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 64.32%, 25.31%, 2.99%, 1.58%, 1.41% , and 4.39% respectively. The total casualty is 1549 and the percentages for the six categories are 47.71%, 38.93%, 2.58%, 1.42% , 1.94% , and 7.42% respectively. The number of the wounded is 1 424 and the percentages for the six categories arc 25.35%, 50.77%, 11.03%, 6.25%, 1.26%, and 5.34% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are： Sichuan （74 accidents）, Chongqing（ 65 ）, Hunan （47）, Guizhou （40）, Heilongjiang（39 ）, Shaanxi（28 ）, Jilin （ 25 ）, Anhui （ 24 ）, Fujian （ 23 ）, and Hebei（22） . The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are： Guizhou （ 160 dead）, Sichuan （118）, Shanxi （116）, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region （97）, Hunan （ 94 ）, Chongqing（91 ）, Shaanxi （79）, Anhui （71）, Guangdong （68）, and Yurman（66）. And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are ： Guangdong （ 190 wounded ）, Sichuan （ 160）, Shanxi（ 129 ）, Shanghai （ 105 ）, Anhui （ 90）, Guizhou （ 79 ）, Yunnan （69）, Heilongiiang（66）, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region （61）, and Liaoning（56）.
