不同药物用于术后硬膜外镇痛的观察与护理

The effect of different analgesic drugs in epidural analgesia after operation

目的探讨不同药物用于术后硬膜外镇痛效果及其护理要点.方法 ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期手术150例,随机分成3组,每组50例,即A组(吗啡组)、B组(曲马多组)、C组(芬太尼组),术后使用硬膜外镇痛,比较不同药物镇痛效果及其副作用.结果 3组病人各时间点镇痛效果满意,差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05),A组恶心、呕吐及尿潴留发生率明显高于B组和C组,差异有显著意义(P＜0.05).结论硬膜外镇痛效果满意,有利于病人康复,吗啡药物用于术后镇痛副作用多,护理上应引起高度重视.

Aim To investigate the effect of different analgesic drugs in epidural analgesia and nursing after operation. Methods The 150 patients with ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ were randomly divided into three groups - morphine group ,tramadol group and fentanyl group. Patient controlled epidural analgesia（ PCEA ）after operation. Results The effect of PCEA was significant, but the difference was not significant in the three groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patient controlled epidural analgesia has a good clinical effect.
