Status quo,problems and measures of Fujian construction industry

建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业,但我省建筑业的现状及存在问题不容乐观,固定资产投资量偏小,资产负债率偏高,拖欠工程款尚未根本解决,从业人员素质偏低,工程中标价持续趋低,整体竞争力相对落后等,已严重影响建筑企业自身发展,文章就此提出一些对策。

Construction industry is the backbone of national economy, but the status quo in Fujian is problematic and cannot be overlooked. Some measures are proposed to deal with the problems that affect the self-development of construction enterprises, which include relativaly small amount of fixed asset investment, higher asset-liability ritio, unresolved fall-behind projects, low quality of employees, persistent low bidding price of projects, and relatively weak overall competitiveness.
