运用市场营销理论,阐述以读者需求为中心、一切为了读者的服务营销观念,并结合高校图书馆实际情况探讨了服务营销策略。
Service-marketing concept in which the readers' demand is focused with the readers' interests fully considered is elaborated. Service-marketing strategy of libraries in college is explored by applying marketing theory and attached to the actualities of the libraries in college.
