Investment analysis and objective choice of China's social security funds

在对我国社保基金的资金构成、投资渠道及其收益状况进行评析的基础上,借鉴国外养老基金的投资领域及运作方式,结合我国社保基金的特点及投资中出现的问题,提出了以资本市场、产业投资、创新的投资工具为主导的具有多元化、多层次和超前性的投资组合模式,借以分散社保基金的投资风险和实现保值增值。

On the basis of analyzing the composition of social security funds, investment channels and gains in China, by drawing on the experience of other countries, investment realm and operation methods, combining the characteristics and problems in investment of China＇s social security funds, the paper proposes an invest- ment model, with emphasis on capital market, industry investment and creative investment means, with diversification,muhilayers and leading investment model. Thus the model can scatter the investment risk of social security funds and increase the value.
