摘要 提出了一种基于快速提升小波变换的图像压缩方法,并对EZW编码进行了改进。首先对图像作快速提升小波变换,然后根据小波系数的分布特点进行改进的EZW编码,试验结果表明,该方法在保证恢复图像质量良好的情况下可获得较高压缩比和压缩速率。 An image compression project based on fast lifting wavelet transform is proposed. The EZW image coding is improved. First, the image is decomposed by fast lifting wavelet transformation. Second, the wavelet coefficients are encoded by the improved EZW. Simulation shows that this image compression scheme can obtain preferable compression ratio and efficiency at the nicer quality of the decoding image.
