建设研究型医院的探索与实践

研究型医院的提出,与研究型大学有关,但有关这方面的理论和实践鲜见报道。作者认为,研究型医院的定义是:以完成临床医疗工作为基本任务,以培养优秀人才为突出优势,以创新性科学研究为重要使命,以制定和修定临床医学标准和规范为水平标志的大型综合型医院。文中作者还根据自己的研究和在解放军总医院的建设实践,对研究型医院的特征、功能、分类及评估做了系统讨论,对我国未来研究型医院的建设目标提出了初步设想;明确了建设研究型医院的基本思路和主要措施;特别讨论了建设研究型医院需要处理好的四个关系。

There is few information on hospital in research.The author believes that the concept of hospital in research is a hospital with basic function of medical services,advanced advantage of training advanced healthcare providers,important mission of creation research.The author introduces the experience of PLA general hospital in research,and then discusses the characteristic,function and evaluation systematically.The author suggests that how to establish hospital in research and 4 kinds of relationship.
