According to the present situation of Beijing power network, the paper analyzed the existent bottleneck of transmission ability in Beijing power network, and put forward the technical measures to get through transporting bottleneck in different voltage grade. The specific measures and items were analyzed from the point of view of power network safety and feasibility, and comprehensively appraised from the 2 aspects of technology and economy, which has the reference meaning for improving transmission ability of existing power network of receiving end.
