介质腐蚀和通道状况的影响是汽轮机叶片动强度设计中主要考虑的因素。列举了几台汽轮机叶片因蒸汽品质不良,而引起叶片表面点腐蚀,导致叶片动强度不足的叶片事故。同时指出叶片表面结垢严重还会使叶片自振频率和振型发生改变,使叶片工作安全性降低。
The effects of corrosion and steam passage situations are the important factors in the design of steam turbine blade dynamic intensity.The article gives some examples about blade failures arising from the poor steam quality that results in the blade surface pitting corrosion and consequent hsufficient dynamic intensity of blades.It also points out that the serious deposits on blade surface can change the blade' s natural vibration frequency and type,thus reduces the security of blade.
