摘要
介绍了6·0/10kV交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆在10kV中性点不接地系统中的运行状况,以及对电缆频繁发生绝缘击穿故障与绝缘水平整体劣化等问题进行长达14年的追踪观察情况。运行实践表明,《电力工程电缆设计规范》中的有关电缆绝缘水平的条文说明亟待修正。
This paper htroduced the operation condition of 6.0/10 kV cross - linked polyethylene （XLPE） cable h 10 kV tm - grounded neutral system as well as the track observation condition as long as 14 years for the problems occurred frequently such as insulation breakdown fault and the overall deterioration of hsuhtion level Operation practice shows that the clause explanation concening cable insulation level In“Cable design specification in power project” should be revised urgently.
