摘要 介绍一种基于故障指示器技术、单相接地故障检测技术和公共通信(GSM)技术的配电线路故障定位系统。它能够在故障后的几分钟内,在控制中心通过结合地理信息系统(GIS),给出故障的地理位置和故障时间的指示信息,并将该信息以短消息的方式发送到相关管理和维护人员的手机上,帮助相关领导和维修人员迅速赶赴现场,排除故障,恢复正常供电。应用该系统不仅可减少巡线工作量,提高工作效率,而且缩短了停电时间。 A kind of distribution line fault location system based on fault indicator technology, single - phase grounding fault detecting technology and common communication technology (GSM) was introduced, which can give the instruction information of fault location and fault time passing through the control center combined with geography inforrnation system (GIS) in some minutes after fault, and dispatch this information with the way of short message to the mobile telephone of related management and maintenance people to help them to go to the site and remove the fault. Application of this system can decrease the workload of line inspection, hnprove the working effieiency, and shorten the time of power faihure.
