对发展我国焊管生产的几点建议

Advices on Developing of National Welded Pipe Producing

全面系统地分析了我国焊管生产中设备结构、产品结构、机组装备、原材料等方面存在的不合理现象，指出这些不足之处是造成我国焊管质量差、消耗高、高附加值焊管产量低的主要方面。针对这一现状，提出我国焊管生产技术发展方向应是产品结构优化和设备现代化，中心环节是市场需求，并据此提出了８条具体的建议。

To welded pipe producing in China, some unreasonable phenomena Such as equipment constructure,product constructure, mill equipment and raw and other materials, which is the main aspect to leading poorwelded pipe quality, high consumption, high additional value and low production, were analyzed overally andsystematically in this paper. According to this condition, the tendency of technique development of weldedpipe product should be product construction optimum and equipment modernization, and the key problemshould be the market demand. Eight advices were given out.
