摘要
针对Φ63.5mm高频焊管机组原冷却供水系统存在的问题,做出四点改进:(1)采用电子水处理仪;(2)选用25BNL—100型高温冷却水塔;(3)合理布置水泵泵房及管路,改进循环水池结构;(4)焊管机组挤压辊、定径辊冷却采用乳化液循环水。经使用,改进后的冷却供水系统可完全满足机组正常生产,且节约用水,有利于保护环境。
Four aspects are rebuilded for the water supply system in the φ63. 5 high frequency welding pipe set asa result of some questions: (a) adopting electronic water handler; (b) choosing 25BNL - 100 type high temperature cooling water tower; (c) rational division water pump rooms and pipe route in ovder to improve theconstructure of cycle water pools; (d) the extruded roll and fixed diameter roll cooled by cycle emulsifiedweter. Practice makesclear that the cooling water Supply system which was rebuilded content set completelyand save water greatly. In addition, It is advantageous to circumstance protection.
