摘要
目前,我国社会主义市场经济正处于逐步完善和发展过程中,党中央也适时提出了构建“和谐社会”的发展目标。在高校各项工作中,营造和谐的内部环境,可使广大教职工在一个更加宽松、更加民主的环境中充分发挥自己的潜能;同时通过深化干部人事制度及分配制度的改革,建立一个长期有效的机制,有利于教职工在自我价值实现与利益获取方面保持公平与公正,实现高校在内部环境问题上的可持续发展。
Currently, the Chinese socialist market economy is in the course of perfecting and developing. And the Chinese Party Central Committee has timely put forward the development objectives of harmonious society. For all the work of colleges and universities, constrcuting internal harmonious envionment could bring the teaching and administrative staff a more lenient and more democratic envion- ment to give full play of their latent energy. At the same time, deepening the reforms of personnel system and allotting system and constructing a long-term effective system is good for the staff to be treated fairly and justly in self-value realizing and benefit gaining so as to reach sustainable development of higher education.
