摘要 文章对我国常用的“431”焊剂匹配H08A、H08C两种焊丝,作埋弧焊接的焊缝一力学性能试验进行了对比。通过微观组织检验、扫描电镜、能谱仪分析等手段,分析了H08C焊丝匹配“431”焊剂,焊缝韧性偏低的原因。结果表明.当焊丝、焊剂匹配不当时,合金元素偏高,焊缝中出现有害的第二相组织,夹杂物严重,导致韧性下降。故此,应合理选择焊丝、焊剂匹配以满足性能要求。 In this paper, the SAW weld mechanical properties, with flux 431 which is commonly used in domestic matches with wire H08A and H08C, is compared. By inspecting the microstructure and methods of electron scanning microscope and energy spectrumor, the reason causing the weld low toughness with the match of wire H08C and flux 431 is analized. It is clear that the reason of weld low toughness is due to more alloy con tents, creating harmful second structure and more inclusion when the wire and flux match is unsuitable. Therefor,'the wire and flux should be properly chosen to meet the weld demand for the mechanical proper ties.
