摘要
目的探讨应用生物芯片仪和幽门螺杆菌(HP)抗体芯片,在检测幽门螺杆菌抗体谱中的应用价值。方法针对幽门螺杆菌抗体之一的细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA-HP)IgG抗体,应用酶免疫检测试剂盒,对比生物芯片仪和幽门螺杆菌抗体芯片,检测幽门螺杆菌CagA抗体,进行方法学比较分析。同时检测幽门螺杆菌的抗体谱,包括抗CagA、抗VacA、抗Ure、抗Hsp60、抗RdxA抗体,并进行重复性实验。结果两种方法检测结果符合率为96.7%,两种非独立样本比率相等检验,χ2=0.25,P>0.05,认为两种检验方法的阳性率相等,两方法呈正相关联,关联系数r=0.936;蛋白芯片重复性实验结果显示检测重复性好,五种抗体总重复率分别为97.5%~100%。结论生物芯片仪和相关蛋白芯片可以应用在临床幽门螺杆菌抗体检测中,具有检测快捷、方便的特点,并可以得到多信息量的临床诊断与分析。
Objective To study the clinical application and significance of bioehip in the detection of antibody spectrum ofHelicobacterpylori (HP). Methods The CagA-HP (IgG) was used as the specific marker to evaluate the ELISA and bioehip detection methods. Serum samples were detected for the antibody spectrum of Helicobacter pylori (HP) using bioehips. Results The eoineidem rate of Cag A-HP IgG detection between ELISA test and bioehip test was 96.7% (X^2 =0.25, P〉 0.05, r=0.936). The results were consistent in five antibody tests and the detection rates were from 97.5% to 100%. Conclusion The bioehip for detecting the antibody spectrum of HP is convenient and rapid. It may be used for routine clinical diagnosis.
