摘要 目的分析夫精人工授精(AIH)的妊娠率及其影响因素。方法对2003年4月~2004年7月在本生殖中心实施夫精人工授精的不孕患者78个周期进行回顾性分析。结果自然周期31例,果纳芬(Gonal-F)刺激周期45例,HMG周期2例,Gonal-F+HMG周期1例。夫精人工授精的临床妊娠率:自然周期为6/30,Gonal-F刺激周期为10/45,HMG周期及Gonal-F+HMG周期均为0。妊娠主要分布在接受HCG+黄体酮进行黄体支持的患者。妊娠组年龄主要在30~35岁,妊娠成功主要在第一及第二次AIH周期。结论AIH是治疗不孕症的有效助孕技术,不孕者年龄、促排卵及黄体支持方案直接影响AIH结果,行AIH的周期数也可成为预测妊娠结局的考虑因素。 Objective To analysis the affect factors of artificial insemination by husband (AIH) pregnancy rates (PRs). Method Analyze retrospectively seventy-eight infertile patients (78 cycles) receiving different controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) protocols and undergoing AIH from April 2003 to July 2004, including 31 patients with nature cycle, 45 with Gonal-F, 2 with HMG,and 1 with Gonal-F+HMG. Results The PRs was respectively 6/30 in nature cycle, 10/45 in Gonal-F, and none in HMG or Gonal-F+HMG. The pregnancy was acquired mostly within the patients with HCG+ progestone, aged between 30 to 35 years old, and undergoing AIH for the first or second time. Conclusions These data suggest that AIH is an effective assisted reproductive technology treating the infertility. The age of infertile patients, COH protocols and progestone support protocols are the direct impact factors to the result of AIH. Furthermore, the number of AIH undergoing should also be considered.
