江门市区2001～2004年高考学生体检结果分析

Analysis of Physical Examination Results of 2001～2004 College Candidates in the Jiangmen City

目的了解高中学生的身体健康状况,为进一步做好中学生健康保健工作提供准确的信息。方法对江门市区2001～2004年高考学生体检结果进行分析。结果4年平均学生体检全合格率9.7%,患屈光不正88.4%,色弱、色盲2.4%,乙型肝炎1.9%,乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性10.2%。乙型肝炎及乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性患病率市属郊区学生比市辖区的学生高,屈光不正患病率市辖区学生比市属郊区高。结论应加大预防、保健、健康教育工作力度,提高青年一代的健康水平。

Objective To reveal the health condition of the senior high school students and to provide accurate information for the planning of health care for the middle school students. Method The physical examination results of 2001-2004 college candidates in the city of Jiangmen were analyzed. Results From 2001 to 2004 the average passing rate of physical examination of the students was 9.7%. The students were suffering from ametropia （88.4%）, dyschromatopsia or achromatopsia （2.4%）, and hepatitis B （1.9%, with 10.2% of HBsAg^＋）. The HBV infection rate and HBsAg^＋ rate were higher among the students in rural areas than in urban areas. In contrast, the ametropia rate in the students in urban areas was higher than that in the students in rural areas. Conclusion Prevention measures, health care and health education must be enforced to advance the health condition of the students.
