摘要
论述了钻杆摩擦焊接头服役过程中容易发生的主要断裂失效事故的根源、摩擦焊接制造工艺系统中有关主要环节的防断裂控制，以及焊接接头断裂力学特性的评定，此外还对进一步开展钻杆摩擦焊接头安全可靠性研究提出了一些建议。
This paper refers to the friction welding of drill pipe.It not only expounds the accident sources of the.main fracture failure of the friction welded joint, which are liable to cause on the drill pipe active service, butalso the prevention fracture failure control in the key link of the friction welding manufacture technology sys system,and the judgment of the welded joint fracture mechanics property.In addition, this paper offers someproposals for futher study the safety and reliability in drill pipe friction welded joint.
