Another angle to study the villager's autonomy

目前我国基层民主建设正如火如荼地进行,各地基层民主建设的创新方式层出不穷。但并不是每一个农村社区在这改革的大潮流中都找到了适合自身发展的民主建设途径。文章立足于我国当前农村社区中存在的问题,从另一个视角认为“能人政治”和发展“自组织”是一条适合部分农村社区基层民主建设阶段性的可行之路。

At present, while the rural democratic construction of our country is building on, lots of the innovative ways of democratic construction have emerged. But not all the rural communities can find their suitable way to build democratic. This text suggests that the way that organized by the rural community itself and the strong man in it may be feasible for some rural communities to build their democratic.
