摘要
随着越来越多的国际连锁酒店进入中国,国内独立型酒店将面临激烈的竞争。文章从酒店内外部环境两方面着手探讨了独立型酒店怎样才能在知名度低、资源有限、成本相对较高的情况下取得成功的三点注意事项,最后强调指出了优质服务在酒店长期发展中的重要作用。
There are a lot of giant chains or franchises in China these days. Domestic independent hotels are facing dramatic competition. How does independent hotel succeed with lower fame, higher cost and limited resource comparing with each property of chains? We should concentrate on three points concerning the outside and inside of independent hotels, specially the most important one Great Service.
