摘要
反思是行为主体立足于自我之外,批判地考察自己的行为及其情景的能力,这种能力使得教师对自我专业发展始终保持一种自觉、清醒的状态,对促进教师内在专业素质的提升具有重要价值。作为教师应立足于教育教学实践,把专业发展过程作为反思对象,不断增强自我反思的观念,积极探索反思的途径与方法,同时在学校的支持、教师教育机构的培养与帮助下,尽快使自己获得专业成长与发展。
Self- reflections is the ability of which main body exists out of critical observing one's own behaviour and its seen.Thls ability always keep the teacher's professional development in a conscious and awaken state, and has its great value to in prove the teacher's inner professional factor. This article mainly set forth that teacher sbeuld base on the foundation of the educational teaching practice and consider the proeess of the teacher' s professional development as the object of self- reflections and be active to explore the route and means of self- reflections, at the same time try to get the school leaders' support and forster training the teacher's education and to make the teachers improve and develop as quickly as possible.
