摘要
研究了在折返式拉丝机上应用反拉力拉拔技术生产普通混凝土结构用钢丝的生产工艺,对反拉力与金属变形能耗、拉丝模使用寿命的关系,及如何提高产品力学性能进行了理论和实践的探讨。
To research a technology of using back-pull wire drawing for working steel wire for common concrete constructions by return draw-bench. The relation is discussed between loss of deformation energy,a drawing die lifetime with back tension,and it is clearly known how the wire mechanical property is enhanced,which are probed in theory and practice.
