摘要
目前京郊山区经济发展缓慢,农民收入较低。其主要在于观念、基础条件落后、资金和资源约束。京郊农民致富奔小康的途径主要在于转变观念、加强基础设施建设、通过市场融通资金和人才,发展比较优势产业和产业化经营等。
The development in Beijing mountain areas is fairly slow and the peasant＇s income is also lower. The main obstacles are constraints on development concept, lag behind in infrastructure, restrict in fund and resources. For a well-off live, the peasants in the Beijing＇s mountain area would eliminate those constraints, develop the superiority industries and industrial management.
