摘要
成人高校思想政治工作的相对滞后,影响了成人高等教育的可持续发展。因此,要在思想政治工作的理念、方法等方面进行创新,从而使受教育者真正成为社会主义建设的合格人才。
The relatively delayed ideological and political work has influenced the sustainable development of adult higher education. Therefore, we should bring forth new ideas in the concept and method of ideological and political work in order to make the educated become qualified personnel in socialist construction.
