摘要
高校图书馆员的整体素质不高已成为制约21世纪高校图书馆发展的严重障碍。高校图书馆员要积极适应新要求,通过继续教育,全面提高自己的综合素质。
The overall quality of librarians is not very high and it has become the serious obstacle that restrict the development of libraries in colleges and universities in 21 st century. So the librarians in colleges and universities must adapt to the new requirement actively and improve one＇s comprehen sive quality by continuing education.
