摘要
从2005年起,中国进入“WTO后过渡期”,对中国农业的生产和发展影响加大,对我国新时期下的农民收入也提出新的挑战。在新的WTO框架下系统地探讨后过渡期对农民收入的影响和提高农民收入的对策,对巩固我国的农业基础地位,提高农民收入具有重要的意义。
China has entered the post transitional period in 2005 after her entry into WTO. This will have a tremendous impact on the production and development of China＇ s agriculture and pose a new challenge on the income of the farmer households, It is of great significance to make a systematic discussion of the impact under the new circumstances to the consolidation of the status of agricultural as the foundation of the national acoonomy and the increase in farmers＇ income of the country.
