摘要
可持续发展是科学的发展观。实施高校师资队伍的可持续发展战略,是高校办学的根本大计。师资队伍的可持续发展是高校可持续发展战略的根本保障,也是高等教育自身发展的必然选择。实现高校师资队伍的可持续发展,必须注重其发展的持续性、协调性和整体性。
Sustainable development represents a scientific outlook on development and the realization of sustainable development of faculty is of fundamental importance for higher education and is a primary guarantee for the sustainable development of colleges and universities and an inevitable choice for the development of higher education itself. To accomplish this goal, the development of faculty should be sustainable, harmonious and integrated.
