促进我国大学开放的若干问题思考

Issues on the Promotion of the Opening of China's Universities

“开放”逐渐成为我国大学追求的重要目标,但我国大学所处的特殊内外环境,决定了我国大学在开放过程中出现的特殊问题,如大学的国际开放与民族化、大学开放的基础与形式、大学的自主权与大学开放以及大学管理的社会参与等。本文就以上问题进行一些思考。

“Open to the outside” has been the goal which universities in China have been seeking to achieve in their development. However, the particular environments in which China＇s universities develop have brought about the unique issues existing in their opening to the outside. In this article, the author will discuss some issues on the promotion of the opening of China＇s universities, including opening to the international community and localization, the foundation and forms of opening, universities＇ autonomy in their opening and community involvement in their management.
